The General Counsel is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. The General Counsel provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manages the legal function, and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel is directly involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts, joint ventures and acquisitions.
Restore Hyper Wellness is experiencing incredible growth and is hiring a General Council. Ideal council has experience in three areas 1) medical law 2) franchise law and 3) real estate law. Obviously finding the general council that has experience in all three is highly unlikely. What is most important to us is to find someone who is a good cultural fit within the organization and can balance the needs of a quickly expanding company. This position will be based in Austin.

• Act as legal advisor to the company in all state and federal health regulations.
• Provide advice to various groups within the company relating to health laws and regulations.
• Mange the franchise filings and reports in each state that the company is doing business.
• Manage the real estate negotiations and practices of the organization.

• 5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or prior in-house experience
• J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience relating to laws and regulations of healthcare facilities.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience relating to information privacy laws and regulations. Including HIPAA and HITRUST.

IV Drip Therapy Nurse
Restore Cryotherapy is the antithesis of the traditional doctor’s office, and we are continuously searching for qualified nurses.
Our locations are fun, social, and transparent.
We provide whole body and localized cryotherapy, IV services, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services. Additional modalities are evaluated and added periodically.

To administer intramuscular injections, intravenous therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform nursing assessment and evaluation under Restore Cryotherapy’s established medical and nursing protocols, and orders.
Administer three primary nursing services: intramuscular injections, intravenous therapy using the prescribed formula, an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants; and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments.
Use electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.
Under the provider and nursing director’s supervision, address and answer client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide.
Communicate to the nursing team any issues or adverse events.
Exhibit use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and team work in all aspects of work.
Maintain a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality, competitive, and kind nursing care.
Assists staff with other store services.
Opportunity to participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR or similar).
One year of experience administering injections.
Experience with and a high comfort level using a computer to document.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Three or more years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting, within the last 5 years.
Two or more years of experience administering injections and intravenous therapy.
More than one year experience providing health-related client education to an adult population.
At least one year experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience using electronic medical records.
Demonstrated good communication, interpersonal skills, team-building skills, efficient work habits, and professional demeanor.

Who You Are: Are you a certified athletic or personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, occupational, physical or yoga therapist who currently works with clients of all levels to include the trained pro and/or weekend warrior? Are you a lifelong learner and open to receiving training in a unique stretch therapy modality? We are looking for technicians that have either an athletic or therapeutic focus. Our technique will be centered around the current body of literature that outlines best practices as it pertains to stretching, flexibility, and mobility. A working knowledge of PNF stretching, assisted stretching and Thai Yoga Therapy is a plus. Please include your current certifications and training in an attachment.
