Do I still need a primary care doctor with this Program?
The Performance Medicine Program is not meant to replace your annual preventative doctor visits with your primary care doctor, OB/GYN, ophthalmologist, dentist, and other recommended healthcare specialists. This monthly Program is a personalized, preventative treatment plan to help avoid illness, injury and physical and cognitive decline.
Will my insurance cover this Program?
The Performance Medicine Program was designed as a solution to the limitations of traditional healthcare which operates as sick care and provides treatment when clients are experiencing illness, disease or injury. Our goal is to provide a personalized, preventative approach to enhance your vitality, longevity and quality of life without insurance.
Who are the Nurse Practitioners?
The Nurse Practitioners are certified with deep clinical expertise and are a part of the Austin Cryo Ventures PLLC (“Practice”). The Practice is owned by Dr. Jonathan Hemmert. All medical services are provided by the Practice under the supervision of Dr. Hemmert and other qualified physicians and nurse practitioners.

What prescription therapies do you offer?
We currently offer the active ingredients in FDA-approved medications such as Semaglutide, the active ingredient in FDA-approved drugs such as Novo Nordisk's Wegovy® and Ozempic® & tirzepatide, the active ingredient in FDA-approved drugs such as Eli Lily's Mounjaro® and Zepbound®. Over time, we will expand our selection of advanced prescription peptides as more medications become approved and available.
