Dr. Hemmert is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician. He received his medical degree at the University of Chicago – Pritzker School of Medicine and has been practicing in the Houston metro area for 15 years. He has served as an emergency department Medical Director and faculty member at the Baylor School of Medicine for many years. 

As a Medical Director at Restore, he collaborates with our team of physicians and provides supervision to our Nurse Practitioners. His responsibilities include constant review of practices and protocols to ensure the safety of our clients, evaluating the effectiveness of Restore’s offerings, and day-to-day management of our Medical staff. 

Human performance and longevity are his primary interests in the medical field. Dr. Hemmert is an accomplished endurance athlete and outdoors enthusiast who has completed multiple triathlons, marathons, and long-distance cycling races.
