Kate Cordisco is the Nurse Practitioner Manager for Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Florida. In 2019, Kate started at Restore as a part-time Nurse Practitioner for New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and has been the Nurse Practitioner Manager of her current region since 2021.   

Starting her nursing career in 1997 in critical care, Kate has worked as a hospitalist, GI Advanced Practitioner and in Pediatrics and has held leadership positions throughout her RN career. She was awarded her MSN and FNP in 2013. 

Helping patients and clients achieve their health goals is one of Kate’s passions, and she believes that wellness is the wealth of life.
