How Does Hydrafacial™ Work?
A Hydrafacial™ deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and hydrates the skin using advanced technology. The process begins with cleansing and exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and surface oil, followed by the application of a gentle acid peel containing glycolic and salicylic acids to help unclog pores.
Next, the patented Vortex-Fusion® Technology painlessly extracts blackheads, dirt and debris, leaving the skin clear and refreshed. The final step delivers deep hydration with a nourishing blend of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides to restore moisture and enhance skin health. Clients often see immediate results, including a brighter complexion, improved skin tone and reduced signs of aging. There are four main steps to a Restore Hydrafacial™:
1. Cleanse & Exfoliate

2. Pore Detox with a Gentle Peel

3. Painless Extraction

4. Deep Hydration & Nourishment

After My Hydrafacial™, What Should I Avoid?
Your licensed Esthetician will provide guidelines for activities and products to avoid after your service which may include:
- Washing your face for about six hours after your Hydrafacial™
- Showering or engaging in intense exercise or anything that might make you sweat, including saunas
- Waxing, chemical depilatories or over-the-counter acne products for at least 48 hours
- Shaving for at least 48 hours
- Medium or deep chemical peels or laser treatments for at least two weeks
- Beauty products that contain glycolic acid or other ingredients that will exfoliate your skin for the next two days
- Tanning beds for 72 hours
